Because our products are digital and instantly accessible, this Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how refund requests are handled.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Online Courses (Self-Paced / Video Courses)
Due to the instant digital nature of our course access, all sales are final once the course has been purchased and accessed.
Refunds are not provided for:

Completed or partially completed modules

Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts

Incorrect course selection
If you purchased the course by mistake and have NOT accessed it, you may request assistance within 24 hours.
1.2 Live Training / Instructor-Led Classes
Refunds are available only if:

The request is submitted at least 7 days before the class start date

You have not attended any session

You have not accessed any course materials
No refunds are offered for:

Missed classes

Late cancellations

Incomplete attendance

Failure to join the session due to personal technical issues
We may offer a reschedule option depending on availability.
1.3 Digital Products (PDFs, Notes, Templates, E-books)
All digital downloads are non-refundable due to immediate access and visibility of the content.
2. Technical Problems
If you experience technical issues accessing your course:

We will assist you in resolving the issue

If the problem persists and access is not achievable due to our platform error, you may be eligible for a full refund
Technical issues caused by your device, internet, or software do not qualify for refunds.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same product or course, please notify us with proof.
We will process a full refund for the duplicate payment within 5–7 business days.
